Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid AiHookd purchases processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record.
2. Paddle Refund Policy Applies
Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's applicable buyer and refund policy. AiHookd does not apply separate refund qualifiers, exceptions, or additional restrictions beyond Paddle's policy.
3. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through Paddle's support and billing channels shown on your Paddle receipt or buyer portal. You may also contact us at support@aihookd.site and we will direct your request to the correct Paddle process.
4. Processing
If a refund is approved under Paddle's policy, Paddle processes the refund to the original payment method.
5. Policy Alignment
In case of any difference between this page and Paddle's published buyer/refund terms, Paddle's policy controls for transactions processed by Paddle as merchant of record.
