6. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Renewals

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled before the next billing date. Plan fees, billing cycle details, and included usage limits are shown at checkout and in your account.

7. Payment Processing (Paddle)

Transactions are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record. Paddle handles payment collection, taxes where required, invoicing, and related compliance obligations. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms and privacy practices where applicable.

8. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Unauthorized or abusive chargeback behavior may result in account suspension while the matter is reviewed.

9. Intellectual Property

The AiHookd platform, software, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
